How to Request a Refund

  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
  3. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Monthly Delivery Refunds

If you are on a monthly delivery plan, you may cancel at any time before your next rebilling date — no penalties, no fees. Any un-shipped orders will be fully refunded. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund at your choice.
