3. Products & Nutritional Chews Our products are nutritional chews for dogs and are intended for general wellness support only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any new supplement regimen for your pet.

4. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in US dollars. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Subscription & Monthly Deliveries Some products are available on a monthly delivery subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated frequency. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by visiting the Manage Subscription page or contacting us at support@weston-animal.co Cancellations requested after billing has processed will apply to the following cycle.

6. Refund Policy We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery at support@weston-animal.co and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No return of product is required.

7. Shipping We ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the USA. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including product names, descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of Prestige Pets LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestige Pets LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
