Weston Animal Co. offers a Subscribe & Save program ("Monthly Delivery") that automatically delivers your chosen products on a recurring monthly basis at a 20% discount. This policy explains your rights and options for managing, modifying, or cancelling your subscription at any time.


Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your Monthly Delivery subscription at any time, for any reason, with no penalties, no cancellation fees, and no minimum commitment period. We do not require you to provide a reason for cancellation.


How to Cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:

By self-service portal: Visit weston-animal.co and click "Manage Subscription" in the navigation menu. You can cancel, pause, or modify your plan directly without contacting us.

By email: Send a cancellation request to support@weston-animal.co with your order email address. Our team will process your request and confirm cancellation within 24 hours.

By phone: Call us at +1 (857) 847-5083, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm EST.


Cancellation Deadlines

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, your cancellation request must be received and confirmed before your next rebilling date. Your rebilling date is shown in your subscription management portal and in your order confirmation emails.

Cancellations received after your rebilling date has processed will take effect for the following billing cycle. Any order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled but is covered in full by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.


Pausing Your Subscription

If you are not ready to cancel permanently, you may pause your Monthly Delivery for up to 3 months through the subscription management portal. No charges will be made during a pause period.


Modifying Your Subscription

You may modify your subscription at any time to change your delivery frequency, product quantity, or shipping address. Modifications take effect on your next scheduled billing cycle unless otherwise confirmed.


Refunds on Cancelled Orders

Any unshipped orders cancelled before processing will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For shipped orders, please refer to our Refund Policy and 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
