Processing Time
One-time and first-time monthly delivery orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Recurring monthly deliveries ship automatically on your rebilling date. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Monthly Deliveries
Monthly delivery orders ship automatically every 30 days on your rebilling date. You'll receive an email reminder before each shipment. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a free replacement.
